So here’s what we’ve got cookin’ for the Indiana Reception on Dec. 12th at Assumption Hall (the Tucson menu won’t be finalized until 6 months before the shindig)!

  • Fried Chicken
  • Beef Au Jus
  • Polish Sausage (fresh and smoked)
  • Buttered Parsley Potatoes
  • Polish-style Sauerkraut with dumplings
  • Homestyle green beans
  • Vienna bread
  • Ice Cream

It’s going to be super comfort foody and super yummy. YUM! We’re looking to stock the open bar—any suggestions of cocktails for the night? Comment below!
