Getting to Tucson
The easiest way to get to the festivities is via the Tucson Airport if you’re out of state. If you’re coming from the Phoenix area—you should carpool and save on natural resources, you lousy polluters!
Upon arrival, there are a few options to get to downtown Tucson…
Airport Shuttle
Arizona Stagecoach
Shared-ride van service offered after each flight. Service includes transportation to and from hotels, resorts, businesses and residential locations.
Rates:Hotel/Resort rates range from $20 to $41 per person depending on location.
Second and additional family, group and round trip discounts are available.
Location at Airport:The Arizona Stagecoach reservation desk is located inside the terminal in the lower level baggage claim, between baggage carousels #4 and #5.
Contact:Phone Reservations: 520-889-1000 or http://www.azstagecoach.com
* If you are staying at the Inn Suites, there is a complimentary airport shuttle to the hotel.
Rental Cars
One of the main reasons we picked downtown Tucson over somewhere in the Phoenix area to celebrate was to give everyone the opportunity to ditch the car for a few days. Restaurants, shops, bars and museums are all within a short walk or trolley ride from the Hotel Congress and downtown Tucson is just a short cab away (1 mile) from the Inn Suites. If you want to get “off property” to do some golfing or mall shopping but want to skip renting a car—let us know! We’ll have a few vehicles at our disposal to lend out throughout the weekend. Can’t live without wheels? The rental car building is located immediately adjacent to the terminal at the Tucson airport.
